All of us experience loss in our own way. Allow the sorrow in and attend to it with compassion and understanding.  

When you are grieving, you need to do whatever helps you get through each moment. Treat yourself with kindness, whether you want to be alone or with others. There is no right or wrong way where grief is concerned.
